The California State Employees Association provides membership, accounting, payroll, IT and human resources services to affiliated organizations:

• Association of California State Supervisors, representing state managers, supervisors and confidential employees.
• California State Retirees, representing retired state employees.
• CSU Employees Union, representing State University employees.
