Summary of Responses to GC Survey Form

We appreciate the fact that 460 delegates took the time to fill out the General Council Survey Form. The GC officers and Board of Directors takes all of your comments seriously and will consider them in designing future events.

Here some of the more important conclusions.

• Overall: General Council was very highly rated by the delegates. On a scale of 1-5 (poor-excellent) the overwhelming majority of responses were "4" or above.
• Favorites: Delegates particularly appreciated the General Council pocket agenda and other printed materials provided.
• Other hits: The work of CSEA Printing Services, the CSEA staff office, GC Times newspaper and the GC Today in-room program were highly rated. Other highly rated features were the central support and affiliate videos and guest speaker Jim Brulte.
• Not so hot: The least popular feature of GC was the hotel facilities, but even these were rated "satisfactory" or above.
