CSEA is a federation of four affiliated organizations. We are no longer a membership organization. Our customers are the Affiliates. With the exception of Member Benefits, individuals receive services directly from their Affiliate, not directly from CSEA.

CSEA provides business services to these affiliates. These services include accounting, payroll, IT and human resources.
